I again picked up two books today – The God of Small things by Arundhati Roy and and The Legend of Laxmi Prasad by Twinkle Khanna. After joining this ‘library’, I think my reading speed has increased. They don’t really have a ‘return by date’ but I am always tempted to go back for more. As a result, I am quite on track on my GoodReads Challenge 2017.
Coming to this post, I picked a random string from the Tangle Patterns website. It turned out quite different from what I had in my mind and I am not too pleased with it. I somehow feel that each part looks disconnected and there is no flow. But they say, when you are working on your Zentangle piece of art, you shouldn’t really have a plan about how it should look, you should just go with the flow. I did just that and maybe its a reflection of the state of mind I was in yesterday – kind of scattered from trying to multitask. Anyways, here is the string followed by a tile.
Used four tangles – Fe Ba, Rain, Arc Flower and Finery. For the pattern step outs, you can refer tanglepatterns.com. Here is String # 235 I used from the same site.
Here is the final tile
