This one is one of the most popular books by Mumbai based celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar.
Contrary to what the title sounds like, this book does not focus on merely losing weight. Its actually about eating healthy and losing excess weight in the process. What I really like about this book:
1. Very simple language, lots of examples – so easy to understand
2. No extreme diets – so very easy to implement and stick to the plan
3. Along with a lot of other myths that people have about weight loss, she has busted the most popular myth i.e. not eating or eating very less to lose weight. In fact, through this book she tells us how to eat, when to eat and what to eat to lose excess weight. Sounds great, doesn’t it?
Highly recommended. Do read this book if you want to know about basic rules to eat healthy. You will never regret reading this one.
